Thick and Rich.
Ingredients
> If you so desire, you can add 1 Tbls. creme de bananes along with the rum.
> 1 (8½ ounce) can cream of coconut
> 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
> 1 cup vanilla ice cream
> 1/3 cup flaked coconut
> 3 cups crushed ice
> additional flaked coconut
Directions
1. Combine cream of coconut, pineapple, ice cream, and coconut in an blender. Process until smooth.
2. Gradually add ice, processing until mixture is smooth and thickened. Pour into stemmed glasses and sprinkle with additional coconut.

Virgin Chi-Chi
A Piña Colada made without alcohol. Tasty!
Ingredients
> 2 fluid ounces cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
> 2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
> 1 cup ice
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in blender.
2. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Virgin Navy Grog
Just another one of those weekend non-alcoholic drinks.
Ingredients
> ½ ounce fresh lime juice
> ½ ounce passion fruit or guava nectar
> ½ ounce pineapple juice
> ½ ounce orange juice
> ½ ounce orgeat syrup
> ½ cup crushed ice
Directions
1. Mix in a blender until smooth.
2. Serve with fresh speared fruit or mint for garnish, if desired.

Virgin Mai Tai
Tropical boat drink.
Ingredients
> 8-10 large ice cubes
> 2 ounces orange juice
> 3 ounces pineapple juice
> 1½ ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix
> 1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions
1. Shake ingredients with ice and divide between two glasses.
2. Garnish with speared fruit, if desired.

Virgin Tropical Champagne
Not a true champagne at all, but a light sparkly, non-alcoholic tropical drink.
Ingredients
> ½ ounce creme de banane
> ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
> 2 ounces prepared prepared sweet-and-sour mix
> 8 ice cubes
> 4 ounces club soda
Directions
1. Combine creme de banana, coconut extract, sweet and sour mix, and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker; shake vigorously.
2. Pour into serving glass; add club soda, stirring gently to mix.

Virgin Surfing Naked in the Sunset
You don't need a surfboard for this.
Ingredients
> ½ ounce triple sec
> 1¾ ounces pineapple juice
> 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
> 3-5 drops grenadine
> ¾ cup crushed ice
Directions
1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
3. Garnish with speared fruit slices or an"umbrella" if desired.

Virgin Scorpion
We used to get these all the time at Chinese restaurants. Absolutely mouth-watering. Goes great with Chinese and Polynesian food.
Ingredients
> 3 ounces orange juice
> 3 ounces pineapple juice
> 4 ounces lemon juice
> 1 dash grenadine
> 2 cups crushed ice
Directions
1. Shake liquid ingredients in cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
2. Place liquid into tiki or decorative bowl.
3. Serve with 4 very long straws, if you have them.
4. Alternatively, you can serve in a highball glass.
5. Garnish with pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry on plastic spear, if desired.
6. Serve.
7. Note: orgeat syrup may be hard to find; check specialty liquor stores and coffee shops.
8. Ask for a special order, if needed.

Virgin Blue Hawai`i
So good Elvis sang its tune.
Ingredients
> ½ oz Blue Curacao
> ¼ oz. Creme de Coconut
> 3 - 4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Directions
- On the Rocks -
1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Mix well and strain into a collins or small hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
- Blended - Mix well (15 - 20 sec).
1. Combine with a scoop of ice in an electric mixer.
2. Pour into collins or small hurricane glass.
